Banana, espresso, dark chocolate and roasted nut coated ice cream squares.

This is so simply to make and super delicious.
Blend
A big pile of ripe bananas
3 espresso shots
A cup of cream
(If you have an extra sweet tooth then some caramel or sugar)

dark chock chips if you have

Pour into tray with grease proof paper. Freeze and cut into squares.

Melt
(In a small pot over a big pot of water)
Dark Lindt or other good quality chocolate
A blob of coconut oil
Big pinch of salt.

Dip frozen squares into melted chocolate until coated and put back onto grease proof paper.
Sprinkle with crushed salted nuts and fresh ground coffee

freeze for a bit before eating.

Can stay frozen as long as ice cream can.
Don’t feed to kids at night. (Unless you want them to bounce on the walls) 🤪☕️
